Princess Zelda (Cyndy Preston)
The beautiful, feisty heir to the throne of Hyrule, and keeper of the Triforce of Wisdom, Zelda is constantly fighting against the evil Ganon to keep her kingdom safe. Luckily she has Link to help her, the young hero who is the lonely princess' closest friend. Although she acts extremely moody and mean towards him at times, it's really just a front to hide the fact that she's actually in love with him. She's extremely skilled in magic and archery and can often hold her own in battle, though Ganon has managed to kidnap her on a fair few occasions. She is determined that one day, she will own the Triforce of Power and defeat Ganon for good.
Link (Johnathan Potts)
Link is the young, valiant lad assigned to protect The Triforce of Wisdom and Princess Zelda from Ganon. Hailing from the neighbouring land of Calatia, before he met Zelda Link was used to a life of adventuring. He's busy adjusting to life living at North Castle, he thinks its worth it all because of Zelda, who he is madly in love with and not afraid to show it. Although he sometimes shows off and is a little cocky, he is an expert swordsman and his agility and quick thinking have helped to foil many of Ganon's plans.
Ganon (Len Carlson)
The villain of the piece, Ganon is always plotting and planning to steal the Triforce of Wisdom from Princess Zelda, so that he can take over Hyrule once and for all. He is an extremely evil wizard, with plenty of magical spells at his disposal, as well as an army of evil, if not a bit stupid, monsters down in the Underworld. His main lair is at Death Mountain, where he keeps the Triforce of Power. He is always either trying to kidnap Zelda or her father and try to hold them for ransom to get the Triforce of Wisdom, but unfortunately for him, his hated enemy Link is always around to save the day.
Spryte (Paulina Gillis)
The pretty, fun-loving faerie companion of Link, Spryte is the daughter of King Oberon. However she spends most of her time at North Castle, helping out Link and Zelda. She has a crush on Link and is often jealous of his attentions to Zelda, meaning that the two princesses don't always get along.
King Harkinian (Colin Fox)
King Harkinian is the ruler of Hyrule and father of Princess Zelda. He is a little absent-minded but absolutely dotes on his beloved daughter and is very fond of Link too.
The Moblins (Len Carlson)
Ganon's main battle fodder, the moblins are Link's most common adversary both in the Overworld and the Underworld. They are slow, clumsy and stupid and often make a mess of Ganon's plans. Once they attempted to overthrow Ganon and formed The Brotherhood of Underworld Monsters but they weren't much better without their master.
The Triforce of Wisdom (Elizabeth Hanna)
The blue Triforce of Wisdom is owned by Princess Zelda, and Ganon is forever trying to steal it. It gives out invaluable, if a little cryptic advice when asked, and provides great magical skills to those who can use it.
The Triforce of Power (Allan Stewart-Coates)
The red Triforce of Power is owned by Ganon and bestows great magical powers upon on him. Zelda's aim is to try and recover it once more, so that Ganon will have no power over Hyrule.
